Job Description

Codal is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to help design, develop, and maintain modern web applications and software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working across front-end and back-end technologies, building responsive user interfaces, developing reliable server-side functionality, and integrating APIs and databases.

In this role, you will collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end application features.
• Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Develop server-side logic, APIs, and application integrations.
• Create, maintain, and optimize database queries and data models.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following development standards.
• Test, debug, and troubleshoot application issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and software architecture discussions.
• Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing application enhancements.
• Use version control and established development workflows to manage code changes.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in full-stack development or a related software engineering role.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, database design, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and web accessibility.
• Experience with Git, software testing, debugging, and collaborative development.
• Familiarity with cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployment is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Compensation
